A warehouse racking pull-down and relocation involves several key steps. First, the existing racking system must be carefully dismantled, with all components such as beams, frames, and shelves being meticulously packaged to ensure accurate reassembly at the new premises.

The dismantled racking components are then transported to the new location, where the site must be prepared to receive the racking system, including ensuring the floor is level and able to support the weight of the racking and its intended contents.

Once the site is prepared, the racking system is reassembled, with all components being reinstalled in their correct positions, and the system is then inspected to ensure it is safe and functional.

Final adjustments and any necessary repairs are made before the racking system is ready for use at its new location.
